for anything about your data, write to hello@mosens.studio.

when you send the form on this site, three things travel with it: your name, your email address, and what you wrote. they are sent straight to our own mailbox at hello@mosens.studio and nowhere else.

there is no database behind this site. the form writes nothing to disk: your message exists in our inbox, the way an email you sent yourself would.

we keep it for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete it on request. the legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us, and, once we start working together, the contract between us.

if you pressed accept, google analytics runs and tells us which pages get read and where people arrived from. if you pressed decline, or never chose, it is not loaded at all — no request to google leaves your browser.

• we don’t sell or rent your data to anyone.
• we don’t run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
• we don’t send newsletters you didn’t ask for.
• we don’t profile you or make automated decisions about you.

two of them touch this site. google fonts serves the typeface, which means your browser asks google’s servers for the font files. google analytics, only after consent, processes usage data and may transfer it outside the eu under the eu–us data privacy framework.

our mail is handled by the provider of the mosens.studio mailbox, so your message passes through their servers on the way to us.

under rodo (gdpr) you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. one email to hello@mosens.studio is enough, and we answer within a month.

if we handle it badly, you can complain to the polish data protection authority, urząd ochrony danych osobowych, in warsaw.
